I'm currently doing a Open Source project for "Tabbing" of debating tournaments (British Parliamentary Style). see Tabbie Debating Tab Software. (Tabbie creates the Tab or Draw of British Parliamentary Debating Tournaments. It uses the official WUDC rules to calculate the Draw. It's been tried in practice at NTU Worlds 2004. You can use multiple computers for inputting data using your browser.)
