* Always has a customer focus, but grasps details and possibilities
* Provides a skeptical view of the correctness of the system
* Works closely with customers to define acceptance tests for each story
* Help clarify stories
* Advocate customer's rights
* Work with the customer to write effective and thorough acceptance tests
* Help negotiate quality with the customer
* Help the customer prioritize and priorities the test cases (Q. why would test cases need to be prioritized? Unless you have a separate story for 'ility' or performance tests.)
